For Family Day, November 14, 2009, we will be accepting more orders for the batch shirt.

Just tell Cam Carag of your orders.

Sizes: XL for Kids, XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL

It's 200 Php per shirt.

Place your orders on or before October 31, 2009. Late orders will not be placed.

paying P150 for 5pcs is not allowed.
Please follow the packages as stated :D

Class presidents and secretaries, you are supposed to list down the orders of your classmates so that you have your own copy and you can check once the prints are delivered.

Contact Print Forms and Payments

Deadline for grad pic contact print order forms and payments is during Homeroom time, Monday, October 12. Place the forms and payments in the envelope and return to your class presidents. The prints are yours to keep.
