To Whom It May Concern:

Labuyo, Boy's Football Team, and Laab, Girl's Football Team, are planning to have an “Inter-batch Football Festival” to be held at the PSHS Football Field. This project’s aim is to promote football and also to prepare the teams for next school year’s games. The Inter-batch games will start on the first week of February and will end on the third week of the same month. Due to some limitations for Batch 2010, all their games will be placed on the first two weeks of February to ensure that they still maintain their focus for their coming periodical tests.

Teams from the four different batches will participate in this event. A minimum of 9 players per team is needed. No fees will be collected, but each participant will need a parent/guardian's permit and a confirmation from his/her Homeroom Adviser that he/she doesn’t have any failing grades before being allowed to join. Mondays and Wednesdays will be allotted for the girls while Tuesdays and Thursdays will be given to the boys. The opening game will take place on February 1, 2010 while the last one would be on February 18, 2010. GAMES WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED.

On Friday, registration will begin at
7:30 am, at the ASTB Hall
c/o Alpha.

We will leave Pisay at around 12nn,
but everyone is required to participate in the batch activities in the morning.

The bags will be stored in the conference room at the ASTB Hall,
and shall be placed under guard by the MP's.

On Friday, wear the SECOND YEAR (Yellow) batch shirt.

On Saturday, wear the THIRD YEAR (Black) batch shirt.

On Sunday, wear the FOURTH YEAR (Blue) batch shirt.

*If you are not able to bring the batch shirts, just wear a shirt of the SAME color for that day.
