On a 1/2 sheet of paper, please write:
CLASS NUMBER
SURNAME, GIVEN NAME, MIDDLE NAME
SECTIONS FROM 1st-4th YEAR
CLUBS JOINED FROM 1st-4th YEAR
ACHIEVEMENTS/AWARDS (e.g. international/interschool/pshs contests won, class/batch/SA officer(from 1st-4th year), Director's Lister(1st-3rd year)
And give to the data gatherers assigned to your class.
