REMINDERS FOR BACCALAUREATE, GRADUATION, AND GRAD BALL
1.) BACCALAUREATE:

DRESS CODE
Bacccalaureate Mass and Toast to Excellence
• NO shorts, maong, and sando
• girls: either Sunday dress or blouse + skirt
• boys: khaki pants/slacks + short sleeve polo + leather shoes
*please claim your graduation invitation and seating stubs after the program.

2.) GRADUATION:

5:00 – 8:00 Graduation Proper Field
DRESS CODE
Graduation Rites
• NO shorts, maong, and sando
• girls: uniform; flats are okay but girls are advised to wear pumps (no need to buy new shoes); no socks; advised to wear light make-up
• boys: long sleeve polo and tie + black slacks + leather shoes
*Each graduate will have 4 white stubs (and additional 2 blue stubs for graduates with honors). Note that the seating for guests of graduates and guests of graduates with honors is first come first serve, and that only the guests with the blue stubs can sit in the area indicated in the layout.

3.)GRADUATION BALL:
March 31, 2010
at the Rigodon Ballroom of the Peninsula Manila (Makati)
Registration will begin at 5pm. The program will be from 6 to 12pm.
Attire is formal.
• Please arrive early to avail of the Photobooth service (6 to 10pm only) and to avoid delaying the program.
• There is NO fancy theme (i.e. Vegas, Hollywood). Dress in what style you wish as long as it is decent and it follows the dress code (formal).
• There will be 150 free parking tickets that may be claimed at the registration area.
• For those wishing to check in at the hotel, the room rates will be less than normal (6500++) Just say that you are a part of the Philippine Science HS graduation ball. You may not check in if you are not accompanied by a parent/guardian Lower rates are only applicable on the night of the ball.

Grad Form (per class) - being passed around by class reps DUE TOMORROW. It includes:
- confirmation of attendance for gradball and need for transpo
- intent to purchase graduation picture (P250) and video (P400) (payment also due tomorrow)
- whether or not parents are attending the baccalaureate mass

*Anyone not participating in the practice or missed practice without permission will be reprimanded and be given sanction. Any form of gadgets (phone, psp, laptop, etc.) or materials (books, toys, etc.) that is being used during any practice will be confiscated. Those who skip practice and go to malls or computer shops will be severely reprimanded.
* You are given 2 hour lunch break so excuse for being tardy coz of late delivery will not be accepted.

SENIORS ARE REQUESTED TO STAY HOME WHILE GRADES, AWARDS AND OTHER GRADUATION DETAILS ARE BEING DELIBERATED BY THE SCHOOL FROM MARCH 8 TO 22 EXCEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING DATES:

March 12 (8-3) | TUGON(selected students only) Note that there should be 2 representatives per section. This is a clearance requirement for SocSci |
