Fair Committees + other important announcements

ACET P500 fee DUE TOMORROW, JULY 3. GIVE THEM TO YOUR CLASS PRESIDENTS.

FOR EACH SECTION: Please think of possible fair themes and titles for the fair and the concert. Also, decide on what bands you'd like to see during the concert, and inform your presidents/any batch council member if you know of any sponsors we can approach ASAP.

FAIR COMMITTEES:
Sign-up sheets will be transferred to the bulletin board (in front of the caf) tomorrow. You can sign up until this Saturday, during break from UPCAT review. Here your options:

LOGISTICS
head: Alvin Logronio
council counterpart: Juan Senga

What do we need? (sound system, outlets, fences, tents, etc.)
What will the fair look like? (floor plan, program, design, etc.)
SECURITY

ADVERTISEMENT
head: *pending*
council counterpart: Camilla Carag

promotion, design for the shirt, ticket and poster
basically in charge of ensuring that the fair earns

BOOTHS
head: Nico Reyes

comes up with booths, once we already have a theme
in charge of assigning booths
makes sure that the sections set up well

note: 4th year sections will have one booth each. Lower years will share with another section from the same batch. (total of 20 booths)

FOOD
head: Jana Cortez
council counterpart: Carl Uy

decides on the food and drink concessionaires
in charge of getting the contact nos. of the concessionaires and dealing with them

CONCERT
head: *pending*
council counterpart: Mia Pangilinan

concert and BOTB (including auditions) program - organizes flow (call time, etc.)
contacts bands/inquires about prices

note: SAMAPI members are automatically part of this committee, but non-SAMAPI people are welcome to join as well.

FINANCE
head and council counterpart: Borgy Tan

in charge of getting and dealing with sponsors
accounting
